4 Deals, Coupons, and Accuracy Disclaimer
Offers and coupon codes are provided “as is” and may expire, change, or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee that any code or offer will work. Merchants control their own pricing, availability, and terms.
5 Redirects & “Go to shop”
Discountoid may automatically redirect you to Merchant pages (including via tracking links). You acknowledge that:
- Merchant websites are independent third parties,
- their terms and privacy policies apply,
- we are not responsible for their content, products, or services.
6 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- misuse the site, attempt to hack or disrupt it,
- scrape content at scale without permission,
- use automated tools to overload the Service,
- submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
7 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand names shown belong to their respective owners. Discountoid content (layout, text, design) is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or republish substantial parts without permission.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Discountoid is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from purchases on Merchant websites,
- we are not responsible for failed coupon codes, pricing errors, or availability issues,
- your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9 Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Discountoid harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse.
11 Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
